TSC becomes a centre of excellence for developing patriotic, competent and professional telecom professionals dedicated to public interest.

Mission of TSC

TSC was founded with the mission of producing telecom engineers & professionals for Bangladesh Telegraph and Telephone Board (BTTB) by conducting the 2-year long regular training program for the BCS (Telecom) cadre officers. However, after the formation of BTCL, TSC management is committed to achieve the vision by –

• developing competent, technical and human resource for BTCL by conducting refresher courses.
• introducing courses related to state-of-the art telecom equipment and technologies.
• designing methodologies for imparting quality training programs.

• establishing effective field attachment programs for undergraduate students of various public and private engineering and technical universities as well as institutions.
